Thinking of possibly getting into shape and possibly try for fire department or something to do with that...

yeah, there's nothing like being in shape. makes everything better. sleep, sex, breathing, taking the stairs, waking up in the morning
plus: the wife loves it when i start loosing fat. then in the winter i get a little fluffy, then loose some of it again in the summer.

the sex man! its sooo much better when you are in shape, you look better and ahem perform better plus you feel better,, ive never truly been fat or anything but i have been out of shape and it sucks! im overweight now by health terms but its disappearing
