lol i drink soda in the morning but im trying to quit that and drink juices or smething, coffee is way healthier than soda but i dont like it haha

i stand semi corrected. black coffe compared to diet. diet is healthier. but comparfed to a regular soda, coffee is better

Shut up, I am going to ignore that statement. I just found out what my BP is yesterday. I'm sure the doc is going to tell me to quite drinking coffee, and quit drinking and smoking cigars.

i likey da caffiene. but i like to save my calorie limit for beer or wine after work! so no soda for me - diet soda got old to me pretty quickly. i'd take coffee any time though

what is your BP?
mine stays around 135/90 - it gets lower into the summer with all the exercise i get mowing, plus i loose 10 pound in the summer - gain it back in the winter.
