chris, what do you do to strengthen your knee for basketball? simple excercises that a 65 year old could do...if any...


i have several in mind but none of them seem like itd be fun to do week after week

i have chair springs, med ball squats,cycling , forward lunges, mountain climber...trying to think of a few more

Id say like deep squats, lunges, mostly anything that works out your legs would help. but Im not a physical therapist. if you could get someone like that into biking or something like that, that would probably be the best Im guessing.

you might want to look up some Plyometrics workouts, those are pretty amazing.
