Mine: 1984 Toyota, got it in a field for free, needed a clutch 3 weeks later, carb problems, had for 2 yrs, blew intake gasket, sold for 100 dollars.

Bought a 69 Nova when I was 14. Fully restored, engine and trans swap. Sold at 17 to go to college....

i had a 2003 land rover freelander. my dad bought it used and commuted the piss out of it. i babied it to keep it alive till i got my ranger. then it got sold.






technically it was never mine, i just drove it from the time i got my license to when i got the ranger. my ranger is my first car.

My first car was a 1994 Toyota Camry which I got from my sister, who got it from our cousin, who got it from her boyfriend, who has bought it used.

Second car was a 1993 Jeep Wrangler YJ. Lots of fun off road, terrible on road, no airbags, no seatbelts. The thing was a death trap.

Third car was a 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ. Just as much fun off road as the YJ, but safe on road too. Loved that jeep, sold it for $4,000 when the frame rotted out. Used the money to buy my current Ranger.


I had those three vehicles all in 6 months.

I don't have any picts but the first vehicle I owned sort of was my Dad's old 92 F-150 with a 300 straight 6 in it. Truck had like 165,000 when I got the keys and had 250ish when I got rid of it for my first vehicle I ever paid for - drum roll - 93 Ranger: reg cab, 2.3, 5 spd, 2wd. I got it out of high school was a one owner (guy was like 90) and it had 90,000.

When I got rid of it had 264,000 miles.

1969 Chevelle SS 396. It sat for 8 years and needed restoration. I got it when I was 15. I bought a few books and got to work. Rebuilt the engine, threw in a Crane Fireball cam, Holley 850 spreadbore, and a Holley tarantula intake on it. Went through the 4 speed and re-built the rear end. Brakes, new gas tank, shocks, bushings, paint, and had the chrome and interior re-done. It was ready to roll when I got my DL. Had it until the 2nd year of my first marriage. My now ex-wife totaled it.

Fog light mod, Throttle cable mod, cargo light/blinker mod, Cruise control light mod, LED floor lights, black Ford emblems, Sony head unit, pioneer speakers, off brand 400W amp, Kicker C10 sub, custom enclosure, locking gas cap. Replaced every damn sensor on it. Hankook Dynapro ATM tires.
