Re: What was your first car?
Mine was a 1962 Dodge wagon. Red with white top black int.360 v8, that my grand mother bought brand new, when she gave it to me in 1973 at the age of 17,it only had 31,000 miles on it. Wish I still had it, Hind sight it would be worth some bucks now. That car was mint.

Those were serious ugly. My dad had the '63 plymouth version with the push button transmission. Was the best car they owned for a long time. It was followed by a series of lemons!

I'd never actually seen a push button transmission set up, just heard of them. Neat idea I guess, but I've heard they didn't perform as well as they should have?

I honestly couldn't tell you. I was like 8 when they got rid of that car. But the monstrous Dodge they replaced it with was nothing but a headache, so my dad still talks about how awesome that Plymouth was.

Those Falcons are great. My brothers first was a 63 Falcon 4-door with the 3 on the tree. Either a 140 or 144 I-6. That thing sure was a dog. Haha

Here was my first vehicle. I mobbed this bitch around while my dad was having some evap junk sorted out on my first Ranger. I drove it maybe 8 months or so. Good little truck. It's a 1986 hardbody with the 2.4 and a 5 speed. Two-barrel carb and the dual plug junk. Has like 230,000 on the clock. We take it out of storage if we need to haul something or make a big Home Depot trip. My dad hates my white Ranger... Lol
And then here's my first Ranger. Drove this bad boy for about a year. 2.3 Lima and a 5 speed, 3.08 gears. No power steering or AC. Crank Windows, manual doors. Faded paint. I never had to do an oil change because it always had fresh oil. Burned it all up in the cylinders and I just kept adding more. Lmao
Then after I wrecked it I bought my white Ranger.

It seems on these shows anything old Mopar is going up in price. My son & I go to alot of car shows & I've yet to see any Mopar wagons. Your right I dont't know if it would be worth much, but how would you know if you don't see any. Mine was rich in memorys, because it was a gift from my grand mother & putting down the back seat on a few dates. And yep it had the push buttons for the tranny & see through speed dash. Never had any trouble from the time it was new until I sold it. That thing was a tank, it look good to me
