Default Person you admire the Most

Here he is. My granddad.

Circa 1943

circa 2004

If I ever turn out to be half the man he is, I'll be happy.

The person I admire most is my fiance Sara. I know it sounds corny, but I do love her and am about to marry her next year! We met over 5 years ago and have been in love since. She brings out the best in me.

My mom she fought a long hard 10 year battle with cancer. All while raising my sister and I

She was a single mother and went through chemotherapy while working a 40 hour week job to give us what we needed food and clothing. She is my hero above anyone else I have ever met.

I have had trouble talking about her and about anything cancer related since she passed away in 2006.

the person i amired the most was my grandpa. He was always there for me he never turned me away no matter how dumb i was being. When my dad left he stepped in and raised me up right taught me what was right and what was wrong. He cared enough to teach me how to fish how to hunt and he also got me started at 3 years old at what I do for a living and that is how to work on cars. He was and is the greatest man i have or will every know in my life. I owe so muxh to that man I could never express what he means to me. I hope that i can do for my family what he did for his. It was the worst day of my life when he lost his to dementia (misspelled sorry i dont know how to spell it) but it was a relief that his pain was over. He was not himself when he passed (jan 2 2008). I hope and pray to be a model to my family like he was!!!

The person that admire the most was my grandfather on my father's side. He taught me what the good life was, and how to enjoy it, as well as how to fish. He instilled my work ethic in me, and what it was to be a man. He died at 93 years old, and lived on heck of a life.

The person i adore.
The person i adore would have to be my grandfather. He showed me right from wrong and told me that i coudl do whatever i wanted to do in life aslong as i trusted in God. He was in the national guard. Also designed the very first paint scheme for coca-cola. He was in the body shop business and later moved working for triple a as a claims adjuster

I admire my dad the most too. Both my dad and my granddad have been my idols so to speak growing up.

But really help me know is how my granddad (not that my other grandparents didn't) took care of my grandma until she died and then to read all about what my granddad went through from the great depression until after the war. He's been a simple man, hard working.

As far as I know I've leared to work hard since the day I could walk.

This whole crap about "Work smarter, not harder" is cop out for lazy people.

the person i admire most is my Uncle, who, back when he was 18 and my dad was 10, their parents both died within the same week. My dads brother took care of him and his 8 year old sister for the next 11 years. He (my uncle) also told his wife to be that she had to accept being an "adpoted" mom to my dad and his sister. she agreed. This was back in 1941 and my aunt died last november. For my dad, he said "it was like having my mother die all over again"

I guess the person I admire the most in my life would be my daughter Alex. Reason being is that she taught me how to love, to give to, and respect someone unconditionally. She saved me from myself, from going further down the road of self destruction. Almost 12 years have gone by since I first saw her, and to this day everything I have accomplished I owe honestly to her. I admire her, plain and simple! Plus, she's the only other person to drive my truck besides me. Daddy loves you!

I'd say my uncle... he was diagnosed with ALS and ended up living years with it when he was given only months. He was always smiling and great to be around through the whole ordeal. I hate that he's missed out on his kids lives.

My Grandfather Norm Howard, he taught me to get ahead you gotta work your ass off. I'm still in school because of him and I finish in May. He passed away and left me the Ranger. First thing I'm doing when I graduate is having a beer with him at his grave. Miss you Grandpa, the whole family does.

And my mom's. I'm adopted. So my birth mom for having the courage to give me up when she couldn't take care of me. And my adoptive mom for taking in someone elses kid and raising me to the best of her ability. I've learned a lot from both of them. And learned a lot of humility and respect as well.
