Yeah... I'm not sure what it is though. Shriners tend to be older and Masons are men of all ages and I know a lot of people are involved in both... they are two different organizations though.

Well I hope you have fun and enjoy it, but you kinda came in on the last leg cause the lodges close at a rate of 1/5th their total every year. .....and that's one hell of a freefall.

Yeh... we are having the same problem with our order. Fingers crossed though for an increase in membership...

I was in the free masons while stationed in Germany with the ARMY, attended some meetings here in the states @ Ft Hood, but being gone so much as a truck driver its hard to make any activities. If anyone has the time, I would really encourage it.
