Yeah... that's my 500GB external... stupid big I know... lol I love this desk though... top slides out so I can pull it up to me and reveals storage underneath. I think I'd give it 4 stars... -1 for being a PITA to mount (thanks Shane)

I'd post a picture of my computer room here, but that means I'd have to straighten it up, first.

Just imagine one 10x12 room.

Against the north wall, there's a 6-foot table filled with HF, UHF, VHF, and satellite radio gear.

Against the east wall, there's an 8 foot table that serves as a workbench, filled with all manner of soldering, de-soldering, and test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, etc). At the end of that table is a pair of 19" wide-screen LCD monitors, a 102-key keyboard, and a three-button wheel mouse.

Against the south wall is a 5-foot rack enclosure, filled with MIDI and sound amplification and recording equipment, next to a 3-tier keyboard rack with two keyboards and a 16-channel stereo mixing console.

Against the west wall are three more 5-foot rack enclosures containing my UPS equipment, network switching, KVM, and the computers.

dang. if 500G is "stupid big", then you don't want to know what kind of storage I have here... the boot drives on the computers are 500G, themselves!
