That will make your but pucker.

"One day at school the teacher ask students what their father's did for their jobs. As usual the common answers were given, policeman, fireman, doctor, store keeper, etc.

The teacher noticed one student little Tommy was sitting quietly at his desk. So she asked Tommmy, "Tommy, what does your dad do for his job?"

"Well . . . he's an exotic dancer at a gay bar, and if the offer is right he'll meet a client in the alley."

Astonished the teacher quickly put the students to work and pulled Tommy aside.

"Tommy is your dad really an exotic dancer?"

"No, but I was too embarrased to tell every one that my dad is a football player for the New Orleans Saints."

I work for DuPont in between technical training and technical support for our products. If that isn't confusing enough, I also work in between two brands. I work with our European brands of Spies Hecker and Standox. Basically a normal day is spent at a training center working with people in certification classes. The classes are held for guys that are currently in body shops and we bring them here to give them some formal education on our product so the shop can then offer our warranty.

When I am not in the training center here I go out into the field and visit shops that are either new installations or current customers. We troubleshoot problems or assist with installations of new lines of paint. Here in California that means we have been busy over the last two years getting people properly transitioned from solvent to waterborne paint systems. Last year I spent a lot of time in Northern California, but the job has also taken me to Michigan, Idaho, Utah and Maryland.

I've been here for around 3 years and I love it. I still find the whole industry fascinating and I still have passion for the subject matter that we deal with. I have been into the automotive refinishing field in one form or another for the last 10 years now. Either as a hobbiest or somewhere in the industry. I've worked at a paint store, at a shop and as some fat guy doing stuff out of his garage. Now I work for the manufacturer. It's fun seeing the industry from all the different angles.

So short answer.... I work with car paint.

i transport trucks for a living. people will find my boss and tell him what they are looking for and what they want like lift kits, tires, rims, tint, exhaust and other things of that nature and he will find the truck call them and tell them that he found a truck weither it be stock or have some of the things and he will either take it to a off road shop and get it fixed the way they want or keep it the way it is and we will go get it weither it be in NY or Cali we will either drive to get it or he will fly me out to drive it back here. and he has made anywhere from 10,000 to 5grand a truck. i make about 30grand a year just driving so its hard to beat. our last truck he went to Bristol TN to pick up a 2008 2500 4dr 4x4 diesel. all i have to say is hating chevys is getting to the point where after driving them for up to 15 hours they are very nice the last one we got that thing is fast ive never driven a diesel that moved like that thing did.
