I am a full time chef / team manager of Kazoku sushi company. We have been mobile for the past few years servicing hospitals, bars, corporate accounts, sports teams, and occasional private events.

Looking forward to our first Tampa area store front soon.

I am a metal fabricator/welder. I currently run a metal shear at Wabash National. They manufacture semi trailers. I cut big sheets of raw steel into parts that go from flat plate to fully bent formed and powder coated parts that are assemble into a trailer all in house. I would like to find a smaller shop that does more hands on custom fab tho so I can more utlize my skills and watch my work take shape. But this pays good for now...
