I THINK tippet is the correct name. An j stockyard is a good place for tying materials and tippets
EDIT EDIT
J stockard has a free shipping coupon i can give you good thru the 14 if you want it pm me.

got on thier website and found the same thing but thanks. I did a little more research and found that you do put the whole reel of line on and adjust it with the backing. Guessin that your reel didn't take any backing some just don't need it. I'm probly gonna have to go a little cheaper on the line than i wanted to but thats what being a student does to ya

Re: **Official Hunting & Fishing Thread**
I can't believe I've missed this thread!!! Here's my buck I shot with Rifle this year. It's my biggest to date, and scored 160 1/8 Raw, and 155 3/4 with deductions. The symmetry and mass is what did it.
I normally don't hunt for horns, but this was an exception. The funny thing is, it's the biggest buck that I know of taken from my area, which consists of nothing but hardwoods(Not ideal hunting area for big bucks). Taken on County Land thats EXTREMELY pressured by other hunters. Just gotta know how they think!
European Style Done Myself. Still needs to be bleached.
I also hit a large 10 point (135 class) with bow this year, but after a 4 mile track, I lost the trail. I hit it just above the lungs, but below the spine... Horrible shot placement on my part...

Thanks!!! I worked for this one! It was very mature. I had found one of his sheds about 3 years ago when he was about 125 class. So he's definitely old. I didn't weigh him, but I would conservatively estimate he dressed about 240 or so at least. We have a very low deer population around my area due to the hunting pressure, so it makes it easy to identify individual deer I see. I got him as he was travelling to his bed at first light on opening weekend! He was a very wise old buck and new exactly how to avoid all the other hunters. I used that in my favor!
I almost regretted shooting him while dragging him out. I had to drag him almost half a mile to get him to where I could get the 3-wheeler in! But it was worth it in the end.
