Greatest line ever.
Be kind to your knees, you'll miss them when they're gone.

ps. Glucosamine / Chondroitin Supplements are your friend

Have you tried physical therapy? Why go through all of the pain and problems with surgery without trying other options.

What state are you in? Most states have direct access to physical therapy and it allows you to walk into their offices and be treated without a prescription for PT. Even if you are not in a state with direct access, you can still go to a PT for an evaluation.

I would recommend trying PT before even thinking about surgery.

i tore my meniscus, had the surgery for them to fix the tear, then tore it again less than a month later. i honestly don't know how PT would help with a torn ligament, the more physical activity i did, the worse mine felt the next day

I actually dont think I toar mine, I just, think I pulled it. A few months ago I wasnt able to walk, but now its much better. Ive sort of been doing my own pysical theropy for mine and it seems to help. But if its torn, your pretty much boned.

Going to physical therapy isn't just about doing physical activity. PTs evaluate and treat to help make you stronger and help you achieve your goals.

All a surgeon will tell any one is that they need to have surgery, because that is how they get paid. They don't care if something else would have helped.

I am just trying to tell XLTRanger4x4 about his options. He is 16, why have surgery on his knee when something else could help.
