UPS is worse. We get at least 2 damaged things from UPS a week here at work. We are constantly fighting with those dicks about wrecking our stuff. This is just lame though, hope he gets shit canned for this.

depends on if he owns he own route or not.

this was express, so it might be different than ground, but when I worked there back in 07, the drivers either A) own their own route or B) worked for another driver than owned that route. Basically, they are private contractors. They can do bascially whatever and fedex cant really do anything about it.
