Re: Your favorite game recipes
my buddie's dad cooks alot of amazing dishes with venison, venison sloppy joe's are one of my favorites.
another good one i had last weekend was simple but great, venison tenderloin cut into small chunks, covered with montreal seasioning, and cooked on a stick over a campfire. that was damn good!

Re: Your favorite game recipes
I use venison in just about everything. But one of my favorites is venison meatballs with mashed potatoes and use cream of mushroom soup as gravy. Or venison tenderloin makes the best steak and eggs you can have

Re: Your favorite game recipes
bacon wrapped dove and snipe (with toothpicks in to identify them) covered in cayenne pepper
served with spicy chili
i dont use toothpicks most of the time because the bacon forms to the breast when grilling and i dont have to deal with picking them out
prepared:
grilling:
served!

Re: Your favorite game recipes
Oh man I LOVE freshly made Monopoly sandwiches!
....or isnt that the kind of "game" you meant?
On a side note, I would kill for some properly marinated/broiled bear loin
