so, ive had this before.. check it out, theres a survey for you to fill out thats why they sent you the $5. now if you fill it out and send it back, they will send you a couple of little books to fill out concerning your tv watching, when that envelope arrives there will be $30 in it. thats as far as i have gotten. 2x. havent filled out the book and sent em back. but i do get $30

I got the same envelope the other day too, with 5 one dollar bills. Mine was taped up where you were supposed to open it, was yours?
