Looks like we are in for some nasty weather the enxt few days into the weekend . They are saying Irene will make it to a cat 3 or cat 4 . Hope it goes out to sea ...

It's supposed to curve east and east and east so I don't really imagine that the eye is gonna make landfall, but the east coast will get the outer bands.

Latest track shows it either hitting the outer banks and coming north or missing the outer banks and coming north . Either way a lot of wind and rain ....
