Missouri Department of transportation has developed a app. You enter info in and it will tell you if you are impaired to drive.

I say BAD!!! Now you are going to have people using the app and when it tells them they are fine to drive they will go out and kill someone 'cause they aren't safe. Alcohol is different in everyone. No computer and tell you it is OK to drive.

the only con i see about this is if the app is faulty. and gives false readings.

Also it will say you are "buzzed" and you drive off and get in a accident. Still be charged with DUI. You gonna say a cell phone said it was okay to drive?
