I didn't read the link you posted...but I have read a little about this...what is sad is if its on Government land they will win...but it its private its a BS lawsuit...I don't agree with the lawsuit...I think any religious group, item or thing should be able any where in the USA that is what the freedom of religion means to me...I understand there are extremist but those are in any religion.

Is there a good reason why 90% of the world's population has to cater to 10%...on many more levels than just this.

The numbers are even less than this for Atheists. They are less than 3% of the population. About 13% would classify as "non-religious". Which an overwhelming majority would probably not give a rat's ass either way.

From reading the article it is a private organization that owns the memorial where the cross is located! Also the TWC was not a government building it was privately owned and leased to many Companies as well as government agencies. So this group definitely deserves to lose this case and if they win the judge should be removed from the bench!

Atheisim the belief that something (deity or spiritual being) does not exsist. So, don't you have to beleive something exsist in order to disbeleive it?

Same way the black panthers, kkk and other hate based groups. They don't really care if they win the case or not... they're just doing it to be in the public eye and remind us that they're still around.
