I grab a handful of guns and a few boxes of ammo and head to the range and put some holes in some targets. That will get my mind off of anything going on at the time.

I'm guilty myself of putting a fist through a wall, or damaging other things when I was younger.
I chalk that up to immaturity. I'm not judging you, or saying you are. Don't get me wrong. But for me looking back that's how I see myself.
With anger, your first reaction is always an irrational one.
thats why im trying to find alternatives that work for me. doing the driving thing...works, but when i was in a mood like yesterday honestly if someone had cut me off or something i most likely woulda done something really stupid...so i kinda wana take driving out of the picture for the time being.

The worst was the games the "adults" play by bad mouthing the other, etc., but I was at the age where I could see it. I wasn't influenced and I knew better, so hopefully you can find comfort in knowing that everyone is probably better off -- especially if they fought, etc. It is definitely not a good idea to resort to anger. I am a verbal person, so if I am frustrated I swear. I'm the type of person who lets things out, and then done with things. It isn't healthy to resort to throwing things or punching walls. I think an outlet helps, and I, too, used to find driving comforting (not so much anymore with the rise in gas prices and other's road rage plus I commute 22 miles one way). When I get home, I'm usually done driving for the day. Hope this helps, and good luck.
thanks, it does. they are better apart...but theyve been apart so that parts ok. its the way my dad acts dumb to play off what hes really doing....and how my mom constaintly ends up sad or in tears because of whats going on. thats where my anger is really coming from.

example, apparently ALL credit cards had their billing addresses changed 2 days after the announcement to us of the divorce, and 1 day before my mom got served. and im certain hes moving money around like a motherfucker too...

BREAK STUFF.

I actually have a junk pile behind the shop full of junk that I smash, break open, etc. That pile will last me forever since I'm pretty good about keeping shit from bothering me in the first place.

Then when I chill out a little, as was mentioned earlier, I find something I love to do, like working on the F100.

I definitely DO NOT go for a drive!
(possible road rage might occur!)

I am NOT religious, but i have an EXCELLENT relationship with The Lord Jesus!
HE takes all my troubles and woes from me when i bring them to HIS account.

I am being very serious ...I no longer have any anger issues.
Hope you are lead to HIS direction!
