I had a VW rabit that did the same thing and I was told that the alingment was off, the only way to adjust it was by bending the axle so I just made sure the tires were rotated on a regular basis.

Some foreign cars you can align the rear wheels . My Godson bought an older Lexus and when We went to get tires , They had to re align the rear tires . Never heard of anything like this before but He had a similar issue .

I bet its the tires. usually, car tires are only coming with 7-9/32 of tread anyhow. couple that with a shitty/cheap tire. They will wear fast. Perhaps it is a soft rubber. There not winter tires are they...?

I would start with an alignment. if this problem occurred after the new parts, then the parts might not of been put on properly or the alignment might have been budged in the process??
