LOL!!! The people who make the most money have ridiculously high tax rates. They pay more than their share. And if you are thinking it, no, I'm am not rich, that isn't why I say that the rich are taxed too much.

Those who have money and success got it by going to school and/or working hard. Do you think its fair to tax them more because they worked harder to and were successful? Higher taxes on the rich take away the incentive to work harder and be successful. Look at the USSR, they did just that by saying everyone is equal and nobody is rich or poor. There was no longer and incentive to get a higher education and to work hard. Well, those who worked hard and studied to make more no longer had an incentive to work hard an be a doctor or engineer. Because of this lack of incentive people just became lazier and lazier. Those who did little did less and those who worked realy hard just kinda half assed it. In the end their economy crashed.

The incentive to work hard and study so you can be successful is the money that you will make. If the gov. is going to take more of your money because you are successful then why would you put in all that extra effort if even though you make more you don't get to keep more for your self?

Ignorance at its best you do realize the middle class pay 64% of the taxes in this country right so the rich can't be taxed that much when there not even paying half.
