She was never found guilty of murder so that will never show up. She was only found guilty of lying to law enforcement/investigators.

I saw this coming... the prosecution screwed the pooch.

There's more going on with the family & the story than we got to hear on TV. Something just doesn't smell right with the whole situation.

If she lied to law enforcement, how do employers know she's even who she says she is? Who is to say her references are legit? Who is to say her resume is legit?

She may be free, but she'll never be able to openly walk the streets again. As for her partying life style she wanted, she still doesn't get that, because clubs are the worst place to be when you're a hated person. She better round up a posse of 20 big fat guys to protect her at all times. Then again, she'd probably just have sex with them all, and then kill the next kid.

Not really because there are laws that will protect her, from people who wont hire her because of that.

I honestly believe she is better off moving out of the state of Florida and away from her family.

Maybe a used car dealership will pick her up. If she could lie and manipulate her way out of this imagine what she can do with selling a used piece of junk!

Right but that's based on what was brought up about convictions being based solely on evidence.

I wasn't aware that personal use/possession of marijuana ever carried a felony charge.

Oh boy. Someone really screwed the pooch on this one in terms of hard evidence which could've been thrown out by the judge in all pre trial hearings due to technical reasons. For all we know the media didn't really have any access to all of the trial facts. But imo there's no doubt she was guilty of the crime in question that she was charged with. Here's why. Rather than go nuts and balistic to the fact her daughter was missing like any normal mother would, she went out and partied for days on end. Several witnesses came forward and swore she had been seen in several different clubs before she even reported the child missing. That right there is enough in my eyes to investigate further as to what really happened. She also continued this lifestyle up until she was arrested and she showed no emotions of any kind while all of this was going on. Basicly after seeing this I must puke to the fact and the DA for the state of Florida should be horse whipped repeatedly along with the jury and the judge as well.

more on the part of her family. Even with the stuff we saw on tv, there is something majorly wrong with this family. The Grandfather had an alleged affair during the search. wtf, really?
Im pretty the family's never gonna speak to eachother again though.

The sad part is that no one really knows about what went on during the hearings in terms of the evidence, bail, and etc. I have to believe the judges involved in this case had alot to do with this matter, because if a judge throws out some evidence, the jury won't see it. They had to know she was guilty just by looking into her eyes. There was nothing behind them but evil from what I could see.

You can almost guarantee that she and her lawyer. will be back in court filing charges against places if they feel she was not treated fairly.

Dude, Steve, we're not in the 1800's. Cases are decided upon solid proof. There was no solid proof that she did it, just suspicion.

The only two groups of people at fault are Casey Anthony, and the Orange County, Florida Sheriff's Office. Casey Anthony killed Caylee, and lied about it, and the detectives were stupid enough to believe her, and not consider the possibility of Caylee being dead. In fact, the detectives IGNORED Roy Kronk when he called them in August after he found the suspicious bag. They even chewed him out because the officer slipped in the swamp, in which the officer decided to chew out Roy Kronk instead of search further for the bag. If that officer were to keep looking, he would have found Caylee, two months in, and Caylee would most likely be more intact than she was in December. Chloroform would have a better chance of showing up as well. Then, we would have the murder weapon. Combined with the searches of Chloroform, the evidence would have been much stronger just by finding Caylee's body sooner.

If it wasn't for that officer's actions on that day, and had they taken Roy Kronk more seriously, there's a very good chance that Casey would have been convicted of at the least aggravated child abuse charges.

The sad thing is, because of this, little Caylee will never get justice, and this case will go straight into the unsolved file, and will never resurface again since the killer has been tried and freed, and under double jeopardy laws will never be eligible for trial again.
