I told you she would be out before you would know it. What I'm wondering is how she's going to pay the fines she got with no job. And how is she even going to get a job?

I hope she does because she's still on probation from her check fraud charges, so if she gets caught she's gonna be in shit again.

I have a lot to say on this but I will be flamed cause my views are almost 100% different from most here. She got her trial, there was no proof she did anything to her child, yes she didn't report her missing for 31 days, but sadly that isn't a crime. She was found guillty of lying which she and her defense team admitted too. IMHO it sucks that people judge her without knowing the story and going off what the media has said. I hope one day the truth comes out. And a civil case against her won't really do much she has no money or anything to sue her for.

lol, it's been stated in here before that the lack of evidence is what screwed this case over. As far as not reporting a missing child, it will be law soon enough. And as far as her financial situation, it will increase as well. An attention whore like her will do anything for money.

I can agree with this . Thats the beauty of the Criminal Justice system , sometimes fair , sometimes not , but it gives everyone a shot at defending themselves .

I can also say that History will show Us what She does next . 9 out of 10 times , people like this recommit crimes . She will definately be thinking She can get away with anything , so she will make the mistake they all do . She will recommit another crime . Hopefully not as bad as the child abuse . I give her a year or 2 and She will be back in the news ....

A huge number of murder cases are won with far less evidence than the Orange county DA provided.........and with the humongous amount of circumstantial evidence, she was obviously guilty.
The Jury should all be Baker Acted, because they are either stupid or just trying to cash in by making a extremely contoversial decision with the hopes of making money.
