Angry A week in new townhouse and AC already broke.
So yesterday my AC broke and i have spent about a week in this place luckliy the AC Repair guy is coming out today so i pray to god he is able to fix this shit. Because its fuq'ing unbearable.

I feel your pain, but I think I got you beat with no AC and living in Arizona...I got to call later today and see when the part is going to be in, I was told on Friday it could be two weeks...

That sucks! My boss paid for a year of home warranty on our new place. Thank God, they will cover pre-existing conditions as well.

My condo was 10 years old, but I was still able to
Purchase a warranty on it.
Thank God too... My water heater took a dump the
First week,and than my stove stopped working!
$100 for the warranty covered a year. It was really
Worth the price!

the company that built the homes on our street royally muffed up everyone's AC, ours has broken every summer for the 21 years we've lived there.

i dont trust new homes anymore then I could own one lol, they rush those mcmansions like crazy and everything has the same fit and finish as a LADA. I would trust more a 20-30 years then a home thats was built in the last 10 years.

Not all home warranties are good, when my ac broke 2 years ago I dealt with the home warranty company and they blamed me for the AC breaking and I ended up putting out to get a new ac cause they would not fix or replace the old one...
