I never saw the old one but I actually felt comfortable in the new one because I didnt feel like i was in a hospital. (i hate hospitals) I never noticed there wasnt a rocking chair, but I did like the pull out beds, those are way better than those damn extendable chairs they used to have. I would bet they dont have rocking chairs in there for safety reasons.
