Even wearing a seatbelt doesn't make what that idiot did... driving the wrong way on the highway?! Im glad he isn't around to ruin anymore lives, just too bad he had to take someone down with him.

Meanwhile, David Whelan, 58, of Palm Beach Shores in Palm Beach County was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Impala south in the northbound lanes, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The vehicles collided head-on and both drivers died in the crash.

Whelan's license wasn't valid, said Lt. Tim Frith, FHP spokesman.

He had been arrested more than 40 times since 1994 in Florida on charges including DUI, battery, disorderly intoxication, larceny, shoplifting, disorderly conduct, loitering or prowling, cocaine possession, robbery, trespassing, failure to appear and aggravated assault, according to Florida Department of Law Enforcement records.

His most recent arrest was in April. Palm Beach Shores police arrested him on a driving with a suspended license charge.
So, are all of you who were demanding sympathy and respect for the jack@ss Ryan Dunn going to do the same here? The irresponsible careless felon was killed in this crash too. Shall we feel sorry for him too?
