Ohio Self Defense Shooting
I don't know if anyone here has been following this story of an Ohio man (CCW permit holder) who used his gun in self defense (shot bad guy #1 twice) as two area thugs attempted to rob him at a Dayton area gas station (it was captured on the gas station surveillance video).

I'm eagerly awaiting our governor to sign the Castle Doctrin bill in PA. I love that the above man was able to defend himself without prosecution. That is a big win. I'm willing to bet the family of the perpetrators involved will try to suit him though. I hope not but in this suit happy world, there is a good chance that he might be.

Oddly, it sounds like the crackhead is fully admitting guilt and almost sounds like he's saying "ya I was on crack and deserved it". Though I'm sure some lawyer and his family will go on the news and talk about how he was "just turning his life around and going to sckool and a perfect angel" and sue for millions.

not crack, cocain was the drug, big difference and yes if california was not so freaking liberal, this state would allow CCW as well, all of law enforcement here are for it.

seeing ghetto pieces of shit like that who think they can jump someone and outnumber/overpower them pisses me off. This kind of bullshit happens in my town too. I dont have a firearm but if that happened to me, those guys wouldve ended up on the ground with floppy jawbones and their nutsacks plastered to their *******s.
