I dont care if you drive drunk and kill yourself, thats just you paying for your fuck up! but when you take the life of another, or the mobility of another (just like you cousin who i am sure is a wonderful person and did not deserve this) you deserve nothing but to feel the pain that we, their father, mother, sibling, cousin, BFF, acquaintances that we feel to this day. Its only suitable that he burn in his wreck of a choice but those of you who say " he still dead we should respect him even though he did the worse of mistakes" Eat your words, and realize rthe pain, the damage and the theft he did by taking the life of another... Feel our losses before you comment and say that he did not deserve to die. He didnt until he killed his passenger, now he deserves to burn.... RIP Valerie
thank you for sharing that, but in my eye this guy was not famous, what has he done, made a living at making a complete idiot out of himself, and getting rich off of it from us eating it up, and the thing that irks the shit out of me is he tweets 45 mins before his death pictures of him having drinks, and the bartender said he didn't appear to be drunk when he left. it doesn't matter, if you appear to be or not, your motorskills are compromised, and people don't tend to think about it, but thats all i'm gonna say about that, i don't wanna get into that debate

Not any more. If the police line tape is down and they're no longer on scene, then they're just picking up trash from the ground. It is no longer a police scene or evidence that can be tampered with. Though it is still pretty lame.

IMHO I wouldn't believe the bartenders statement that Dunn wasn't drunk anyways. If the bartender said anything other than that he would be in a world of trouble.

The local police have said it is the site of an active investigation and that it's illegal to remove evidence.

Then it's pretty foolish of them to leave the scene for anyone to waltz in. Since anything can be moved or taken, it basically has very little investigative value since it is moved or gone.

Not that there is anyone to prosecute or any actual doubt or question as to what happened....
