Now I need to spend another....
$80 to $120 on my ranger, and it's not for the truck, but I just noticed I have a Viper alarm installed on my truck, but the previous owners didn't have the remote for it, or they didn't know about it.

Re: Now I need to spend another....
that's like my monte carlo, i was under the dash one day and discovered it has a factory keyless entry modual box thingy, along with a nicely installed remote starter. but i've got no remotes. hell, i don't even have 2 sets of keys, lol.

you might be able to get it replaced from the dealership.

Re: Now I need to spend another....
Found a replacement remote on Amazon.com's site for $70 after tax, then I had to spend another $25 to have it programed to my alarm. All the buttons, and the paging works like it should.
I just don't have the remote start hooked up yet, that's another $250 to get done.
I still have 5 more months before I need it.
Next upgrade is the running (fog) lamps to HID bulbs, going to go with at least 10k lights,
