well, the home-brew is now bottled. should be about 10 more days and i'll show some pics like i did the last one. i'm afraid they'll be a tad cloudy. i rushed them a little for my brother.

One of my very first beers in college was Icehouse. Definitely not my favorite but not my least either. It is actually very hard to find around here. I don't see many stores stocking it.

here is my latest brew! it's the hodge podge / kitchen sink beer i did a while back.
as you can see, the yeast has more work to do lol!

I'm waiting for my local shop to get in a pumpkin graham cracker beer next Wednesday, it's made by a local micro brew ( for got which one ) but I have been hearing it's the best pumpkin brew out there

seasonal brews are kinda how i allow the holiday season to gracefully approach! i'm gonna get into some pumpkin & oktoberfests now and then around christmas it'll be stouts!, then some bitter ales for spring and then lagers for the summer! just how i like it!
