i'm having issues with my porter being over-carbonated, just like the last batch ... soooo, would you like to try a 'mumme' beer? haha! it's pronounced 'mummy'. it's a medieval ale used to survive through the winter about a thousand years ago... i'mm gonna try a batch with some hops added...

Just brewed a batch of my "Late-Night IPA". My first attempt at an IPA so here's to hoping it comes out good.

hey a fellow brewer! i tried an IPA partial grain kit a few years ago... was good IIRC
