ask yourself this question - "can I go a whole day without using my cell phone?"
more people would rather give up drugs and alcohol for a month, than would give up their cell phone for ONE day.
I really hope that they ban ALL cell phone use in all vehicles UNLESS that vehicle is stopped and the engine is turned off.
I agree with you so much! I just barely turned 17 on Friday, have barely had my license for 2 years, and I am not just like about any teenager in my town, who do text and drive!

The cat hasn't even had his DL for 2 weeks and already got a ticket for reckless driving, now that's bad. The cops here don't mind you talking on the phone period. But if they see you texting, look out.
But also, not all teenagers text and drive. It's just the stupid ones, whom don't really care about other people.
