Was back up there last night with my boss and her husband, and my current landlord to get more opinions on the place. Both feel it's well worth the work that needs done. Both said the floor wouldn't be a big deal. Just need to chip up the tile in the bathrooms, pull the fixtures, etc. Both also said that the roof is good for several more years. So those things made me feel a lot better.

Went through the garage again. I thought it was worse than it really is. The wiring is gone for the lights on the parking side, but all the outlets/switches are behind drywall. So I doubt anyone pulled them all out, took the wiring and put them back. So it will be just rewiring some light fixtures. Not too hard. Still need to find the breaker box (if there is one) and the main line coming in.

Closing as of now is still on for next Friday. I'll probably hear more on Tuesday with the possibility of it being pushed back again. I'm hoping not! As long as we close next week, I'll be in there starting to pull the carpet out, start pulling the bathrooms out, and getting the hot water heater out. Hoping to be moving in around the end of July.
