Cook 1.5c rice, add a 1/4-1/3c milk, 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 can sweetpeas strained, 1/2 can sweet corn strained, simmer till hot, mixing occassionally, then salt and pepper to taste. This is a great goes with anything and is great by itself, it is also very stable if refridgerated properly. The veggies and butter/ milk combo give it a great natural sweet flavor that can be enjoyed plain. Just play with the measures to taste.

Another that is addicting, is 1 pack Ramen noodles Chicken, 1/2 can sweet corn, 1-2 hot dogs chopped and can also add thinly sliced red onion slivers on top. Heat all items separately and then mix in Ramen pot and place in bowl. It's quick cheap and easy, but tis the ultimate crap food. But man it is good.

ok here's a serious one take a pack of Ramen Noodles. i use one pack of chili and a pack of jalapeno crush the noodles put them in a bowl add a small bag of doritos the hot and spicy ones. then throw a spicy meet stick in there in chunks.add the flavor packs and hot water then cover with a lid and let ferment.
i get hot water from a fire..
then scoop it up on a saltine cracker and eat. makes a quick snack when riding quads or snowmobiles..

"bowel" is where the food goes after you eat it....

Mac and cheese add miricle whip and a can of tuna tastes like a tuna casarole or brown hamburger put in casarole dish pour creem style coarn over it spreed mashed potatoes over that top with american cheese slices and bake. as a kid i liked bologna covered with mashed potatoes and american cheese then baked until cheese melted Randy
