110 V or 220 V A/C unit ? Be careful on 220 ( plug has 4 wires instead of 3 ) and its a pretty good size plug not like a 110 outlet . If its 110 , after you remove the ac compressor and if nothing happens see if you can plug something else into it .

Also nice job cutting the lawn as it looks good .

Congrats Scott on that beautiful looking house. Too bad it doesn't have a big ass garage lol but still looks gorgeous! I'm probably going to move soon and hopefully make my last house official

very nice but I would suggest some darker mulch outside vs. the white (stone?) It would bring out the color of the house more instead of just blend in ( I was gonna go to school for landscape architecture lol)

Father in laws FTW! had Sara's dad come and look at it (he teaches hvac at the local college) and he had it fixed in 20 minutes! It was the crankcase heater that was shorting out. He disconnected it until we get a new one (ranger_1999 is gonna bring me one, he is a service tech). The air runs really good. After being that the house for a few days cleaning (I'm not moved in yet) I have found a few things neeeing addressing which is to be expected:

1) need a new air filter for hvac ($7-$14)
2) need that crankcase heater for hvac ($15-$20)
3) one toilet needs new wax seal (not expensive)
4) Two doors need adjusting (free)
5) changing out door lock tumblers tomorrow

So not too bad. I'm looking forward to fixing these really. I can handle these small things.

Also the father in law (to be) is going to come over one day and we are going to service the entire hvac system (trane) from cleaning the coils and everything.

figured out the A/C problem! It was a the crankcase heater that keeps the unit at an ideal temperature for restarting. Just had it disconnected it and the AC runs like a champ. I have a buddy bringing me the needed part (he is a hvac tech).

Just finding the small things that need fixing. One toilet needed a new wax seal and tank gasket. Got that fixed today. Two interior doors needed adjusting, got that done. Ive cleaned all the appliances (they look new) and swept and mopped the entire house. Nothing needs to be done outside other than mowing and weedeating as its all landscaped as you can tell. just really enjoying taking care of something that is all mine!

slowly getting it together. Sara and I went out and bought a lot of stuff for the house! New washer and dryer, couch, loveseat, living room tables, kitcken tables, some curtains, dresser, nightstand, towels, vacuum cleaner, me a new grill, etc...
