I paid $3.79 yesterday.

I'd rather have the 4.0 and get 14 mpg with decent power than have a 3.0 that gets 14 mpg and has very little power.

Sunday I made a trip south for a family thing. The wind fought me the whole way, and the 3.0 hated every bit of it.

Something needs to be done about fuel prices, and soon. I remember when I was bitching about $3.11 a few months back. I would love to see 3.11 again. Yesterday I was looking through my high school yearbook from last year, and one of the pictures was of a gas station sign that said 2.64, and the caption read something about high gas prices devastated many Americans this year. I was like at such a low price.

I'd kill for 3.79. Paid 3.99 thursday, and it jumped 18 cents a gallon yesterday. was at 4.17 a gallon. I think it went up a few cents today. So figure 4.19

They said on the news that just two years ago this time we were paying an average $1.99. Monday morning I got gas for $3.74 gallon, but by the nighttime news the anchors were saying how prices would shortly rise. I went to the same station and gas was $3.99/gallon. Today, gas was $3.97/gallon.

I don't know what all the fuss is about with the 3.0. I got rid of a 4.0 4*4 a couple years ago that averaged 21.5 highway, but I was filling up twice weekly with my commute. I haven't done the average yet in my 3.0, but I fill-up once a week. I also drive conservatively by not speeding up/slowing down, and I anticipate traffic lights, but still.

Trucks are not built for fuel economy.

Fox news is getting rid of him some time this year which is complete bullshit. They don't want to cause a panic plus the government wants him off the air period.

Basicly it has been all over the news yesterday about trying different things such as lower taxes for refineries as well as restrictions. Other than that, all I've really seen is nothing but the royal wedding, which I could care less about. Why would I watch someone get murdered, oops I mean married, L.O.L when I got enough problems of my own.
