Post Killing the "Good Guy"

This isnt a rant but more of a thought. A grouping of thoughts and personal opinions. In todays society guys are veiwed as "players" and "man whores",side note I heard a saying that a big girl can be a whore but a big guy has to work his ass off for it,Truth? Also while this may be true in some cases Ive met alot more ladies that are would be considered "whores" and "players" in the same light YET they say they are not and just "having fun". Why is this? Ive met many guys that are willing to bend over backwards for a girl and give her what she wants only to say "This isnt working". These guy are usally considered "good guys" and they are constintly, in my opinion, getting burned for it yet these same ladies complain on why they cant find a good guy. Im sure many have witnessed the *******s getting "The girl" and treating them like shit. I myself am told by others that Im this "*******" or "man whore" even though I personally dont see it I dont deny it. If that makes sense. As many have known there have been many break ups and heart breaks on this forum. Ive even done my fair share of griping. I guess at the end of the day Im tired of seeing my friends hurt buy a girl that in the end is looking for that "good guy". One friend inpaticular (no one on here), bent ass over head for a girl only to start getting burned with talk of "Im not over my Ex" and things along those lines yet she loves him and left that ex for him. I am witnessing this girl kill this guy considered a "good guy" buy alot of people into the ******* or player these girls are complaining about. Ive watched another girl completely burn the same guy. Now she complains about her ******* boyfriend and how she wants a good guy. Make sense? To me it dosent. Mabey its me being young. Mabey its my generation. Mabey its the age old truth the women TRUELY do not know what they want or mabey one guy fucked over a girl and that girl fucked over a guy starting a chain of events. At the end of the day I feel they are just fucking themselves over. Now with all this said there are good girls out there but like good guys they are becoming harder to find. This is all I have for now.

Feel free to discuss your opinions. Before you tell me to "sack up" and "be a man" know that this isnt about me. Just an observation.

Well my brother..I am one of the "good guys". It is just how I was raised. Respect women, honor them, treat them well. But most girls end up just wanting to be my "friend". I have actually TRIED the bad boy thing, and it wasn't me. I couldn't do it, and look myself in the mirror. I think the problem is that many girls, want a "challenge", they want a guy that they can "change". Either knowingly, or unknowingly, THIS is what these girls want. Its quite comical actually. But it ticks me off too. EVENTUALLY the girls that went for bad boys wise up, and go for the good guy, but many times it is too late.

Maybe some of the ladies in this forum can give some insight into this, but just from MY observation and experience, what I have seen ends up to be true. And it DOES hurt. We DO have feelings. I wish more girls would use their heads, and think before they say, and do things, and keep OUR hearts in mind as well.....

Good input man. I like that. I sent my mom kind of the same question and this is what she wrote

Quote:
1. "Most" Women back here I really dont think would be that way, dont get me wrong they can, but it is a different culture.
2. You were raised to be respectful, BUT if you don't get respect then dont give respect.
3. I also believe that their comes a time when you need to do onto others as they have done to you. Be free and use them right back. See different girls at the same time.
4. You will no when you have met the "right" person.Trust me.
5. Your other had to also learn to were her emoions on her sleve sometimes. Which means dont sweat the stuff you have no control over. I no sometimes this is VERY hard, but it will be less painful and confusing.
6. the "Good" guy will be their for the "Good Girl".....So have fun....
I agree with what my she said.

Any FRF Ladies want to give some input?

I, too am a good guy, maybe too much. I always hold the door open for people, will push a womans chair in for her at the table, never talk vulger around a woman (at least 95% of the time). I'll never call a woman a "bitch" in a sexual manner as in "Hey, your one sexy bitch" I've never tried to "force" myself on a woman (not rape, but when a guy wants a kiss) I was raised to respect all women.
Now, after 43 years of doing all that, is it any wonder I'm still single?
Good guys do finish last. Hell, maybe I should become a Prick!
one more thing - being a "good guy" & shy, really screws one up

Another "good guy" chiming in. I have to agree with Terry that being a good guy and shy is a killer. From the time I was in junior high until I was into college unless it had four wheel and a motor I did not care about it. Then I got interested but was always shy and nervous to talk to women. I have been burned by one woman in particular. We were in a releationship and she moved to another state. Come to find out while she was telling me she was in love and all that crap she was screwing every damn guy she could find, and I was ready to propose to that whore.

Anyway with that said I can also say that there are good girls out there. After I got burned I came to the decision that I didn't care and would rather be single when one day I am at work and my bosses sister walks in. I hate to say it but it was love at first sight. Not becasue she was drop dead gorgous "which she is" but because I could tell she wouldn't play any games. This was in 2007 and we are now going to be married for 2 years in August.

My wife says I have the look of a bad boy and an I don't care attitude that she love but I also have the heart of a teddy bear. Again that is what she says.

Anyway just my .02 cents worth

I think society as a whole looks down on a "good guy" right now.

Look at what is on tv. Jersey shore and all of those stupid shows that young girls watch. And the other tv shows out there that show the "bad guys" getting with all of the girls. That gets in their brains that only "bad boys" are what they want. It is sad that it has happened.

I am lucky, I never had to go through that. I dated my high school sweetheart all through college and we have been married for the past 8 years (in June).

bryce youe such a sweetheart i agree with what you said tho, but it seems as you get older the girls start to come around to the good guys, the sad part is they get burned so many times by the time they get to the girls they get gun shy or just give up... its a lame situation really.

Chivalry is dead, and women killed it. Just like girls say "I can be a bitch." Well, Im usually a nice guy, but I can be that mother fucker you wish you never met. Id never hit a woman, but whoever quoted their mom, she had the right idea. You dont get respect, then dont give it. She acts like a lady, then treat her like one. If she acts like a whore, dont degrade her, but the next fool that comes along can treat her like a princess, not me, not you. Most of yall have been burned enough to have learned this already.

If a woman acts like a whore, then she is a whore, Im not saying you shouldnt be respectful, but you shouldnt open your heart to her exopecting her to change into a lady. Just like these girls now adays shouldnt think a douchebag is going to change into prince charming.

Girls that leave the good guy for the bad guy are just that, girls. They arent women. They still need that mysterious danger factor. Real women have smartened up and can still have a good time without going out with a woman beating criminal.

There are about 6,913,491,918 people in this world, about 311,204,225 in the US.

Out of the 311,204,225 people in the US, we will say half of them are female (I think its actually a little more than half)

So half of 311,204,225 is 155,602,112...So thats 155,602,112 females in the US. We will say 1/4th of those are not whorish. That means 38,900,528 women in the US are good girls....Dont assume every piece of tail you see is a good girl, take some time to get to know her and dont give her your heart on a plate.

Being a good guy means being nice and respectful. It doesnt mean you should let yourself be hurt by every whore that wants to use you and leave you. Use your common sense and dont let your heart blindly lead you into a bad situation.

im also a good guy. Its like you do everything you can to make her the best you can and do everything for her and what. They treat you like they don't care. They just don't see the good things you do for them.
