You can be a good guy and still be a man whore. You just gotta know some ladies with lots of lady friends. I find nothing wrong with having casual fun. If two people just want to get laid and don't want to be in a relationship, what's wrong with that? It's all about your own self respect and self image, and to me it's nothing to be ashamed of. Just remember guys that in order for you to like other people (people being whatever your attracted to), you gotta like yourself. If you don't, figure out what it is you don't like about yourself and change it. No matter what other people think about you, if you think the worst on yourself, you're only going to do damage to your own emotions.

IMO, if you gotta tell a girl you're a good guy rather then showing them, you're not a good guy. It's not that hard, just remember what your mother taught you.
