So let me get this straight....
You're going through bankruptcy and your solution is to let this truck go, only to turn around and take a loan out for another one? I hope not...because that won't get you anywhere. You realize you will have insanely high interest rates (25-30%) on any loan you try to take out? So you're going to end up paying way more then the value of the new truck anyway... I hope i'm wrong. Maybe you are talking about buying a vehicle with cash after its all said and done.

^ I was thinking the same thing WyldeChild. I think once your BK is over you need to find a cheap truck to drive around for a while. Be patient and don't jump into the first vehicle that you see and like. When I bought the Ranger that I have now I found it on eBay. It was only an hour away from my house and I only paid $4000 for it 4.5 years ago. I learned my lesson a long time ago not to jump into a vehicle because it was cool and I didn't care at the time what the payments were.
