Yeah, keep working US, millions on welfare depend on you!!! It's so true it hurts. I don't mind paying for those that really need this service, although frankily I don't think I need to pay for it at all, but I hate that I can pay a poor drug dealing son of a Biscuit to have 6 kids, when really he makes more money then me in a year

Bah, think about all the money americans like you and me send out to third world countries, families living in the desert who refuse to move and keep popping out babies then ask for help.. People who beg for money to rebuild their countries like haiti, but once money gets there, either they rebuild with the same shitty materials, or divert money to personal accounts. Think about how all that money could help our economies.

Bah, it'd prob go into more useless clerical jobs.

Lol I agree with you there. Because for some reason America became the worlds peace keepers, and saviors of sorts, fuck that. If we spent half that money we spend elsewhere just to fix our own infrastructure, I believe (meaning my opinion) that we could literally jump start america's economy, then the worlds.

Let the world care about themselves. They have minds. They need to use it.

People have been fighting in the Middle East since....Jesus! Actually before that even. Leave them alone, they don't bring it to my door step, I won't care that they are blowing up each others.

Exactly. Let them settle between each other because they wouldn't help us.

Iraq wasn't at war. The US created a monster it cannot/will not tame.

Not everyone can live in a democracy, religion sometimes will not allow it.

We haven't had a "War" Since World War II. the US going to war has to be declared by congress, the last war declared by them was in 1941, when we declared war against Axis forces all over the world. We were on a personal vendetta trip in the Middle East for an pissant of a president, who was in my opinion worthless, yet we voted him in twice?

Correction, the us has been in wars plenty, but none that directly affected them since WW2. Then again, there was a small event called the cold war that people tend to forget.

I can't bring myself to hate Bush, father AND son. People will say what they want, they didn't hurt america's economy as badly as the Clinton's administration has.

Clinton hurt our books? How? He was paying off the national debt!

As for GB senior, I have no issue, Junior was the *******.

Yes, the US has been in wars, but not a war as defined by our own laws. They were carried out under executive order, not congressional action. That would mean they are all police actions, not wars, even though we all know what they really are and call them by their real names.

Clinton's administration is the one who forced banks to lower the acceptance requirements to mortgages, the rest is history.

No matter how anyone tries to spin it, war is war.
No matter how insignificant that country is.

I am not arguing the definition of war, I am arguing the US government putting millions of young men and women in harms way regardless of the legal procedure needed to officially put those men and women there. It is stupid

As for Clinton, I did not know that. I am not going to argue against you there. I do want to point out he may have lowered the requirments, but we as Americans, also should learn how to spend more WISELY, and use our funds that we have available instead of taking out a loan on EVERYTHING

Well the money gets "there", it just ends up a lot of times in the pockets of the leaders of the country.

Nicarauga is a prime example. The President there is worth 400 Million dollars. But his people are living on about $1-$2 a day.

Default You can relax now...

Last night at about 11:30 pm est. a deal was reached. Fox News reported this morning that it them over a year to reach a deal, and some cuts that the republicans wanted got in to control spending. Obama was forced to step in. I'm surprised that it took this to keep his sorry as here in the U.S. instead of having to contact him in some foreign country. We need to get him out of there and that's all there is to it.
