Usually you can find it in the small town places. I could probably head north into Wisconsin and look, or you could find a Wisconsin member in the Midwest Section....Wisco has some GREAT sausage/cheese places.

Best bet is having a regular hunter or something get it.

I'm a vegetarian, but back when I did eat meat, there was a local guy at church who made some great jerky, bear and deer.
