I've been going to a hookah bar by me called cafe 360 for the past 2 years and probably have spent over $300 there. I am finally getting one to save money lol THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!

Depends on the hookah. Don't get one with more than one hose. Its annoying to smoke it with other people fighting for hits. Its like a tug of war. I wouldn't pay more than 100 bux for one. Your best bet is to find out what brand the hookah is, and look it up on hookah-shisha.com to compare prices. I really recommend that site, shipping takes about 5 business days, and you're not going to beat the prices.

----------

I paid 80 for mine at a local shop, which is the same price so I scooped it up.

Yes, unless you really feel the need to share. I prefer sharing by passing the hose. The nice thing about my MYA hookah, is that there are provisions for more hoses if you so choose, but for now they are capped off with nice steel caps.

What I meant, is when smoking a multiple hose hooka, there are two issues. The first is, if each hose grommet doesn't have a one way valve, each hose not smoked will have to be plugged while its not being smoked. The second issue is this. If you and someone else are taking a hit at the same time, you are literally fighting them for a hit.

It's possible to set off both smoke and CO alarms, it just depends on how sensitive they are. If you're smoking indoors, put a fan in a window facing out, or at least open a window.

Would you recommend to just do it outside on a balcony?
