it gets flat that high cause the blower throws snow at it like that. also they have big ole tractors that run the buckets along the walls to keep the cornices off. i used to live up there. this snow fall is insane, i wish i was up there shredding so much. gonna get up there next weekend tho!

yeah all my friends are going nuts that live up there. a lot of the houses in squaw valley are being evacuated because of avalanche danger lol

oh shit thats crazy my buddy lives in incline and he said hes completely done with the snow aha but said they did build a snow cave that could fit 4 people and had a bunch of tunnels going out and they built that in their appartment complex lol

That's insane snow I thought we had a ton in 2008 when go 14ft over the year but they got 8ft in 3 days and over 50ft for the year... wow.

prolly but like last year there was still alot of snow but they had to close because loss of interest and because of the forrest services and how long they can stay open and ish

yeah but a few of the resorts arent regulated by the forest service like squaw, but yeah they close early a lot, which is cool with me, cause then you get to earn your turns, hike to all the good spots.
