Default hot water heaters

well i have 2 hot water heaters to scrap just wondering if anyone would know about what you can get out of them. both are electric.

We scrapped one just last year and got around 120 bucks for it. Ours was heavy due to all the crude build up in the bottom.

plans changed...now its a water heater and a furnace..smaller one but what can i get for these..hope to god they fit in m truck im not making 2 trips lol

you wont get much money out of those...maybe a few bucks...steel is like .10 cents a pound... I scraped a washing machine about a year ago and got $8 bucks for it...

yea and 10 cents a pound is high for scrap. at least around here. i just scrapped an entire car. it had some junk inside also but alltogether didnt weigh much more than stock. got $350. not bad cuz i only paid $175 for the car 4 years ago

I junked a ford van that weighed 5100 lbs and got $550.00 back in June of this year.

buddie of mine just scrapped a water heater and a washing machine locally and told me he got $140 ish.

i've got probibly 2-3 truckloads of sh*t i've gotta run to the yard myself, my guess is it's probibly $100 worth of mixed crap, lol.
