Alright guys, got some free time from led mods as im waiting on materials So I decided to do a little more work on the trail mower.

Got the motor mounted. Have a belt interferance problem so I will have to weld in another pully to push the belt out the way.

Heres a couple more pics from tonite yet. Build support piece to hold the dash plate that will house choke/throttle cable and key start ignition.

well, between here and there and this and that I almost have the trail mower finished. The first prototype design failed miserably. The tongue broke, the wheels failed. The new design is right on and stout and built like a tank.

Also, I had to take a break and fix my welder. the damn thing only lets you weld for about a minute before it shuts off from getting hot. A 6" duct fan works great to keep it cool. A cool 250 CFM
