ouch... .. You definitely bought one of the most durable atvs manufactured thats for sure. If there IRS is anything like that on the Rincon youll love how it rides. Hopefully its not the same type of Tranny as in the Rincon because its not geared low enough for real pulling or hauling
Honda makes an awesome machine, my dad has a 1994 foreman 400 that has been to the shop ONCE since it was new for a cv boot. My 2005 kawasaki brute force 750 has been in the shop countless times, on its second motor etc etc..

Re: Bought A New 4-Wheeler
yea the IRS makes for a smooth ride and your right is not geared very low. I was warned when I bouoght no to put aggressive tires on it.

Re: Bought A New 4-Wheeler
Yea thats one of the only downfalls that honda has done with there quads is not gear them low enough. Is it the cvt tranny? The older foremans had the clutch less 5 speeds man my dads quad can pull stumps out lol the gearing is so low, No reason to use 1st gear

Re: Bought A New 4-Wheeler
hows the power steering on it? my dad has an arctic cat 500, and it is quite difficult to turn at low speeds. I have a 250 recon that ai am looking to rebuild the top end too

Re: Bought A New 4-Wheeler
The power steering is great. I can turn the bike with no effort even at low speeds and while in 4x4. But its prolli one of those of those things that go out after a year

How much warranty do you have on a 6k bike?
I always wanted one, but they are sooo expensive when you consider what they are..

That is pitiful these days that a 4 wheeler cost as much as my truck did with 25k miles on it. plain stupid really
