im pretty happy today, even though i overslept and was 2 hours late for work this morning, my day has ended better. my father in law got himself a new gas smoker and he gave me his old one. thing is like brand new, cant wait to make some jerky!

heres my new propane smoker (used) one:


and its replacing this one, (charcoal)

its like a nailgun that uses a .22 cartridge, nails into concrete and whatnot. if you dont have a license and get caught using one by OSHA then its like a 5k fine
