My truck is dirty, I keep scrap next to my garage along with 2 lawnmowers and our yard cart, the tires to my Jeep are stacked up next to it, and the Jeep is parked next to the shed behind the garage.Does that make me a hillbilly?

If I hadn't have done the same with my Ranger, I wouldn't believe it. Some days you just got to put them to work!

Incomplete. Your truck has all its primary parts and isn't isn't overloaded and unsafe. So no, you're not a hillbilly.

I deliver to lumber yards every day, and I get to see some very interesting and questionable ways of loading stuff into cars and trucks. I make sure that if they happen to leave in front of me, I keep my distance. Trust me, that Ranger being that overloaded is mild compared to some of the stuff I've seen. Not saying its safe, but I've definitely seen worse.
