Default For those that want to lift their trucks

Im a reg over on Pirate4x4 and had to share these links with you guys. Now for those that think they can build a lift kit for their trucks please look at the following links they are all examples of BAD IDEAS., not how to do it.

Now that is a real mans body lift... and that s-10 holy hell I would be so afraid to sit in that, if you go around a turn at 1 mph it will probably roll...

If you have enouph money for those nice ass tires, then they should have plenty for a good lift.

short ram intake, dynomax exhaust, homade bull guard here soon, 2" body lift 4" suspension lift, 33 bfg all terains.
selling the truck this summer and buying a new ranger hopefully.

I dont know what he plans on driving threw that hes going to need a snorkel for. Maybe hes going to be the first truck to cross the ocean who knows.

we have a few trucks like that around here.. a wheel fell off of one while it was going down the highway and needless to say, it flipped.

Damn. I have very minimal experience in fabrication, and even I can pinpoint in those pics what's wrong and dangerous.

Unfortunately, I can lay claim that I have friends capable of epic fail like this. One of my buddies just did an SAS swap on his 95 F150, I'm too scared to see how that was done.

Those are the kind of fab jobs that give lifted trucks a bad name. People see those and think all lifted trucks are like it.
