Look on the bright side, you'd be able to fill it with your own grease.

[QUOTE=Crowd88;312491]I think this guy is looking for the Dodge (I have Tranny Problems) Forum lol

ill agree, dodge transmissions arent worth sh%t. i know since i have a 99 dodge 3500, but i do like dodge, they make very dependable engines. i also have an 06 f350 with a 6.0 with ambulance upgrades, so i guess I'm a ford/dodge fan. i think some would agree that they both made some bada$$ classic muscle cars!

Gotta love a Dodge engine, Gm Tranny and a ford Diff. My mom's 01 Ram 1500 had the Tranny burn out after 2 months since the wrong fluid was put in lol.. how do they screw that one up.

Honestly I am recently converted Import guy. but when it comes to the big three I used to be dodge>Ford>Gm, now its Ford>Dodge>>>>>>>>>>Gm all the way down there. Since Gm Changed from the 305, 350 and 427 they went down hill with 4.8 and 5.3, but that's just my opinion since I know to many people with Gm v8 with serious engine probs. But I do respect the 4.3 as a good torquey (250 i believe). Other then that Gm Trucks should just stay on the lot and rot there.

that would be a hell of a truck! maybe a f350 body/suspension with a turbo cummins and an allison transmission. that'd be almost the perfect truck!. I'm more of a ford=dodge>chevy/gm kind of guy. i will agree the 4.3's are the only engine i'd take from them, my s10 blazer was a very good vehicle, though in the end i had too many problems with vacuum leaks and fuel probems. the one company i can't stand though is honda >.<

Def the 5.9 Cummings and maybe a manual Allison Tranny (they should make one). I like the exterior of the new dodge more then the ford and the Gm is just boring but i gotta tip my hat to the ford interior in their fullsize. it looks like the inside of a bentley So i would have the exterior of the Ram and the interior of the f150 and how about the bose sound system of a Beemer lol.

I think I would be more of a dodge guy if they didn't ruin the Dakota by putting out something so ugly from 2005-2011 and no longer offering the manual anymore. The new dakota looks uglier and actually cheaper then the ranger now a day. (don't get me wrong, I love my ranger, but the sound system/ Climate control area is kind if ugly).

I guess I can understand why you can't stand honda. Their vehicle (minus the Civic and the 2 door accord) are all ugly. But I loved my 1992 Accord and wouldn't hesitate to trade my 2002 Sonata on a 1992 Accord that had no mileage lol.

i dont like the newer dakotas either, 90's i think just look more unique than the new boxier looking ones, of course apparently dodge is getting rid of the dakota like ford is with the ranger :/ . now the newer rams just look plain mean, i'd feel like a hoss drivin one of them!
Ford does have it down when it comes to their interior, they are the top one i'd have as a full 4dr truck for room and comfort-ability. honda to me just hasn't changed much, i almost bought a honda del sol last year for better mpgs than my pt cruiser. the car im really impressed with right now would be kia, im driving a kia amanti, and the interior is amazing! adjustable heated seats, infinity sound system, digital monitor, the works, and the little v6 surprises me with how quick it is.

A crew cab with a least a six foot bed, diesel engine, manual transmission, and four wheel drive.

So that's how many suggestions that Ford add a crew cab, keep a manual transmission, and add a diesel to the US Ranger? COME ON FORD!!! WTF!
